You will need to obtain the new owner’s name and email address at least but by right you need all the information which include address, contact number and so on.

The term of use to transfer domain to another godaddy account  called Account Change. Once you have above information , then need to follow below steps.

To Initiate an Account Change

• Go to My Account and then Manage Domains.
• In the My Products section, click Domains. Use the checkbox(es) to select the domain name(s) you want to modify. Click Account Change.
• In the New registrant’s Customer # or login name field, enter the new registrant’s account login information. Then just fill in all the details about the party you are transferring the domain name in there. Make sure the name and the email address are correct.
• At the end, Click Finish

From there onwards, the new owner will need to accept the change and that’s it. It will take a few hours or a few days depending on how fast the new owner accepts the change.

To Accept an Account Change

• Go to My Account and then Manage Domains or If you do not have an account, click Create a New Account and complete the fields to set up your account.
• From the Domains menu, select Pending Account Changes. If the domain displays in your list, select the checkbox for the domain, and then click Quick Accept.
  If the domain does not display in your list, click Manually Accept Domains, and then complete the following: Transaction ID &  Security Code
• Click Next and then proceed through checkout to complete the free transaction.
